show Abstracthide AbstractSeven Caribbean coral (5 replicates/species) were exposed to White plague in a controlled laboratory setting for up to seven days. These coral species included Orbicella faveolata, Orbicella annularis, Colpophyllia natans, Sidereastrea siderea, Porites porites, Porites astreoides, and Montastraea cavernosa. Tissue samples were collected for RNA sequencing averaging 16.4 million reads per sample on a Hiseq 4000 150bp PE. This project contains the fastq files from the sequencer.
